Senior Product Designer. I design international money-transfer journeys, payment-method integrations, KYC processes and market-specific UX solutions.
About me
I’m Martin Kairys, a UX and UI designer. I’ve spent more than 15 years designing websites, ecommerce stores and digital products. Today I help businesses understand what makes shopping difficult and how to improve it.

Martin Kairys
Can customers tell products apart? Is delivery pricing easy to find? Is there enough information to make a decision? These are the questions I ask when reviewing a store. Small details shape the buying experience and whether people want to return.
I started in website and ecommerce design, then moved on to digital products for companies including Paysend, TransferGo and Skrill. Designing registration, payment and money-transfer journeys taught me to pay close attention to clarity and trust. Both matter just as much when people buy online.
When I recommend a change, I explain the problem it solves and consider your platform and budget. I carry out the reviews and design work myself, so you can discuss every decision directly with me.

Knowledge and certifications
Reviews informed by documented ecommerce UX research and established principles.
Using analytics data to identify UX problems and opportunities.
Applying human behaviour, usability and interaction principles to design.
Editorial approach
Articles published on Ecommerce UX Audit are researched, reviewed and edited by me. I base recommendations on hands-on design experience, store evidence and established usability research rather than presenting general advice as a universal rule.
I may use AI tools to help organise notes or prepare an early draft. I check the recommendations, examples and cited sources before publication, and I update an article when the guidance materially changes.
